Program Outcomes

The Leadership, EdD program is designed for the scholar-practitioner interested in organizational change through a human-centric dimension. Through this approach, students will also gain knowledge and experience in issues of ethics, equity, social justice, and technology with course outcomes aligning to some aspect of each dimension reflecting the program learning outcomes and graduate attributes.

CO3: Consider the student achievement gap from a historical and sociocultural perspective and propose solutions to address existing educational inequities.

CO4: Explore different visions of schools and their purpose and how these influence reform initiatives.

CO5: Investigate and propose new approaches to re-envision American schooling.
